TISFF and the Israel Producers' Association, in collaboration with the Israel Documentary Forum, present the traditional Speed Dating event: short, personal and pre-planned meetings between film graduates and major producers from the Israeli film and television industry. One of the greatest challenges for filmmakers and television creators is to establish the initial personal contact with the producers. The purpose of these sessions is to facilitate this connection and create a professional liaison to encourage collaboration while nurturing emerging talents. Meetings of up to 15 minutes will take place to discuss the selected projects, among them full-length feature films and drama series, documentary films and series, and more. This is the first and practical step in the filmmaker’s path to the screen, and a mutual promotion of the film and television industries in Israel.
