We are thrilled to announce a new collaboration between the Tel Aviv International Student Film Festival (TISFF), marking 40 years of activity, and the 7 Seconds International Film Festival (7SIFF)- a unique Argentine festival dedicated entirely to films that are exactly seven seconds long.

This project connects student cinema with an innovative, precise, and condensed cinematic language, inviting emerging creators to explore how a complete story, idea, or emotion can be conveyed- in just seven seconds.

As part of this collaboration, an official competition will be held, open to creators from around the world and from all creative backgrounds and artistic disciplines. The selected films-all exactly seven seconds long-will be showcased as part of the festival program in a dedicated, continuous screening loop, and will also have the opportunity to be screened at the 7 Seconds Film Festival in Argentina. The winning film will receive an official certificate of recognition.
